Role Summary

Context of the mission

As part of strengthening the Manufacturing teams of one of our clients, we are looking for a Coding / GENOME Support Engineer to provide level 1 support on the coding tools used by the client.

The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents while ensuring effective support for users.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 functional support for the CODIFICATION and GENOME tools.
• Diagnose, analyze and resolve incidents reported by users.
• Ensure follow-up and escalation of incidents when necessary.
• Support users in resolving their issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes.
• Quickly gain skills in the scope’s tools and processes.
• Contribute to the capitalization of knowledge and the documentation of solutions.

Requirements

Bac+5

Have 1 to 3 years of experience

• Experience in application support or functional support.
• Experience with CODIFICATION and GENOME tools strongly desired.
• Experience in the automotive industry, and more particularly at Stellantis, is a real asset.
• Essential technical skills
• Experience in application support (Level 1).
• Strong command of Stellantis CODIFICATION and GENOME tools.
• Good ability to analyze and resolve incidents.
• Knowledge of user support processes.
• Technical skills appreciated
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the Stellantis ecosystem.
