Ingénieur méthodes (H/F) at ALTEN in Boulogne-Billancourt, IDF, France.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and optimize manufacturing ranges and associated processes
• Write and maintain technical documentation (ranges, instruction sheets, nomenclatures)
• Contribute to the industrialization of new products in conjunction with the design office and production
• Identify and propose technical and organizational improvements to reduce costs and improve quality and productivity
• Participate in the implementation of monitoring tools and performance indicators (OEE, cycle time, yield)
• Provide technical support to workshops and support problem resolution (analysis of non-conformities, corrective action plans)
• Ensure the capitalization of feedback (REX) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Requirements

Training / Experience

• Bac+5 diploma (engineering school or equivalent), with a specialization in mechanics, industrial engineering or materials
• A first successful experience (approximately 3 years) in methods, industrialization or continuous improvement, ideally in aeronautics, space, defense or high-tech industry

Technical skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, etc.)
• Mastery of design and analysis tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, SAP, ERP)

Skills in planning, costing and time tracking

Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement approaches (Lean, FMEA, 8D)

Personal qualities

• Spirit of analysis and synthesis, rigor and method
• Relational ease and writing skills
• Rigorous, autonomous and good team player
• Strength of proposal and continuous improvement orientation

Languages and mobility

• Professional command of English (read, written, spoken).
