In the ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING department we combine a spirit of innovation with in-depth technical know-how. This is how we take electromechanical systems to a new level. Responsibilities

Technical and personnel management of the BSA team (project managers, project engineers, construction managers and electrical planners) with a clear, appreciative leadership style

  • Responsibility for exciting BSA projects from the idea to implementation
  • Supporting the team with deadline, cost and quality goals
  • Planning the deployment of personnel and further development of the BSA team on a technical and personnel level

Requirements

  • Completed studies as an engineer (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in electrical engineering or comparable training
  • Experience in managing BSA projects
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility as well as motivation to actively advance and help shape projects
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Enthusiasm for leadership and team development
  • Further training in project management or business administration would be an advantage
  • Motivated to take on new challenges and take on responsible tasks
