Responsibilities

Take on responsibility with us as

PROJECT MANAGER: IN HVAC building technology 80-100% - ZURICH

• Project management for planning orders in the area of HVAC (construction and industry)
• Project management while adhering to cost, quality and deadline targets
• Leading the project team
• Advice and support for customers in all project phases, from strategic planning to commissioning and final optimization
• Development of conceptual designs and technical feasibility
• Implementation of innovative solutions, advising customers on the economic efficiency of the property over the entire life cycle

Requirements

• University education in the field of HVAC; Technical diploma SSST / technician HF or HS/FH in the area of RCVS is an advantage
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the planning of building technology and HVAC systems in Switzerland
• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner with the branches in Bellinzona and Friborg
• Good knowledge of Swiss plant engineering laws and regulations
• Good organizational and communication skills in a team and with customers
• Precise, independent and team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good knowledge of German (oral and written); other languages (English, French, Italian) are an advantage
• BIM knowledge and experience with digital planning methods are an advantage
