Projektant TZB | MAR

Role Summary

The work mainly includes

• MaR and BMS concept design,
• processing of technical reports, wiring diagrams and layout drawings,
• creation of lists of data points and specifications of MaR elements,
• coordination with the HVAC, heating, cooling, electrical, ZTI and PBŘ professions,
• communication with the investor, suppliers and other members of the project team,

control of dependencies on operational files and requirements of the building user.

Requirements

• technical education,
• knowledge of MaR issues, building automation or electro/TZB,
• orientation in project documentation of buildings,
• the ability to work independently and in a team,
• diligence, technical thinking and a responsible approach,
• knowledge of working in AutoCAD, or Revit/BIM is an advantage,
• ČKAIT authorization is an advantage, not a condition.
• We are looking for a person who understands building technology, has the desire to design functional and operationally reliable solutions and is not afraid of coordination with other professions.
• We welcome an experienced designer, but we are also happy to give space to a skilled technician or a graduate with an interest in MaR and building automation.

• We are looking for a MaR designer

We are looking for a MaR measurement and regulation designer to join our team for the processing of project documentation for the technical equipment of buildings, especially administrative, civil and commercial buildings.

Job content

You will participate in the design of measurement and control systems for HVAC, heating, cooling, heat and cold sources, energy measurement and building management systems. Part of the work will be the processing of project documentation in the study stages, documentation for building permits, documentation for construction implementation and documentation for selecting a contractor.
