Requirements

Education and experience

• Higher education in informatics, technology, cyber security or other relevant professional background
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cyber security projects
• Good understanding of cyber security technology
• Ability to familiarize yourself with laws, regulations and industry standards
• Experience from the consultant role is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Personal qualifications
• Strategic and structured with good communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willing to learn and curious, with an interest in developments in digitization and cyber security
• Thrives in a dynamic and change-oriented organizational culture
• Security clearance

Several of our assignments are subject to the National Security Act (the Security Act). It is therefore a requirement that you either have a valid security clearance, or are qualified to be security cleared to level Secret or higher. Employment and start-up may be conditional on completed security clearance in accordance with current regulations, including identity checks (ID check).
