Role Summary
- Review projects
- Inspect the progress of works
- Monitor the execution of architectural structures and installations
- Verify that the construction team is working within specified quality and safety standards
- Define objectives, scope, schedule and resources required for inspection
- Understand the technical aspects of the work to identify possible problems
- Maintain accurate records of every step, from approvals to inspection reports
- Check projects, identify deviations and propose corrective solutions
- Contribute directly to the success of safe and high-quality construction projects
Qualitatively certify and validate activities carried out in the field, ensuring compliance of executive processes, according to detailed engineering.
Requirements
Graduated in Architecture
- Knowledge of Office Package (Advanced Excel), Knowledge of CAD, Project.
- Advanced/fluent English
