Role Summary

Become part of our INFRASTRUCTURE team. We manage, develop, design and plan all types of civil engineering infrastructure projects. We accompany these projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

Take on responsibility with us as

TEAM LEADER: IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND STV. BRANCH MANAGER: IN 80-100% - FOUNTAIN

  • Management and development of the infrastructure department in collaboration with the branch management
  • Deputy branch manager
  • Personnel responsibility for a well-coordinated team of around 8 people (engineers, designers and apprentices)
  • Responsible for the acquisition and overall success of your department
  • Work as a project manager for diverse and demanding new construction and repair projects in the areas of road, railway and factory line construction
  • Taking over the management of projects from project planning to commissioning
  • Project management to maintain and achieve cost, quality and deadline goals

Requirements

  • Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH/FH/TU)
  • Profound specialist knowledge in the field of road and railway construction
  • Several years of experience in the specialist area across all project planning and implementation phases
  • Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
  • Network in the market, valued personality among customers and partners
  • Motivated to take on new challenges and take on responsible tasks
  • Professional appearance, solution-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Enjoy the committed leadership of a team
  • Very good written and oral German skills as well as basic English skills
