Equipment maintenance planner

Role Summary

Prepare and keep the master maintenance plan updated. With technical support and applied according to the criticality of the equipment.

Schedule work orders according to criticality, frequency and operational priorities.

Coordinate with the user areas the execution of work to minimize stops.

Verify the availability of spare parts, tools and human resources.

Generate, update and close work orders in the maintenance management system.

Control compliance with the weekly and monthly maintenance program.

Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements to existing plans.

Keep the technical histories of the equipment updated.

Prepare maintenance management and performance reports.

Maintenance costs preventive maintenance vs corrective maintenance

Propose adjustments in frequencies and maintenance strategies.

Analysis of mechanical failures (wear, lubrication, alignment, vibration).

Requirements

• Complete technical training in mechanics, maintenance mechanics, electromechanics or electrical or university studies completed in related careers.
• Knowledge of maintenance mechanics (Essential)

Knowledge of ISO standards (Desirable)

02 years of experience at least in the area of equipment maintenance.
