About Staxxer

E-commerce is growing rapidly and with it the number of ambitious sellers who want to cross the border. International selling involves European regulations, such as EPR: a relatively new obligation that is changing quickly and is still unknown territory for many entrepreneurs. Our goal? Make international sales easy by automating the entire back office. We distinguish ourselves from the traditional (often dusty) image of compliance by tackling it slightly differently.

We do this by being accessible and informal communication without fuss. We take care of our customers' EPR issues from A to Z. We use our own smart software and service for this. The founders of Staxxer are not tax specialists, lawyers or VAT experts, but come from the e-commerce world. As a result, we know well what the e-commerce seller needs and provide this with good service and fast, informal communication.

About the position

In this versatile role you are responsible for the EPR obligations of our customers in Europe. As part of the Compliance Team, you will have your own (international) customers, for whom you handle European EPR registrations and declarations and coordinate with our EPR partners. These come, for example, from Germany, France or Austria.

A day with us consists of versatile customer contact. You are the point of contact for your customers and will be assisted if necessary by our EPR specialists, account managers or tech department.

Feeling with legislation and regulations or knowledge of EPR is an advantage

Requirements

You have/are

• A completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in a legal, administrative or policy direction
• Work experience is an advantage, but not required
• Feeling with laws and regulations or European compliance is an advantage
• Secure
• Flexible
• Responsible
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to learn
• The motivation to get to the bottom of an issue
• Suitable for working in a scale-up: "it is going to be a fun, but bumpy ride"
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable with English
