Enterprise Architect Program Manager - TS/SCI at Sprymethods in Linthicum, MD, United States.
Responsibilities
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities)
- Provide overall management and oversight of assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel.
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the directorate.
- Coordinate enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, operational support, and related technical activities.
- Facilitate communication between Government stakeholders and contractor teams.
- Assign and coordinate work across technical teams and monitor progress against requirements.
- Track and document requirements, activities, risks, decisions, and performance using industry-standard practices.
- Ensure services and deliverables meet PWS requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance expectations.
- Provide visibility into technical, staffing, contractual, programmatic, and resource risks.
- Support the Government’s financial and business processes without performing inherently governmental functions.
- Maintain the authority to make binding decisions for the contractor organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
- Support enterprise architecture and data initiatives involving cloud and on-premises environments, data governance, business intelligence, interoperability, and system integration.
- Promote coordination among enterprise architecture, data, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support teams.
- Support documentation, reporting, quality control, stakeholder communication, and continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)
- TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
- Active Project Management Professional certification.
- Experience leading enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, data management, cloud, cybersecurity, or operational support teams.
- Experience managing contractor and subcontractor personnel in a complex technical environment.
- Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal IT programs.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, hybrid-cloud environments, data governance, business intelligence, data lakes, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with the DoD Architecture Framework, Risk Management Framework, ATO or continuous ATO processes, and DoD 8140 workforce requirements.
- Experience managing technical requirements, schedules, risks, performance metrics, and customer deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing Government and executive stakeholders.
