• The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering function across manufacturing sites in Japan, including equipment installation, modification, renewal, and technical support.
• The role supports stable and safe production while driving improvements in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency in close collaboration with Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing sites

1. 必須要件 / Required Qualifications

• 日本語
• 製造業（化学、材料、プロセス型産業等）におけるエンジニアリング経験（目安8年以上）
• 製造設備、機械、ユーティリティ、保全に関する実務知識
• 工場設備導入、改造、改善活動の実績
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル必須
• 英語：技術資料の理解および業務コミュニケーション能力

• 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and utilities
• Proven experience in equipment installation, modification, and improvement

Business‑level Japanese required

Working‑level English for technical documentation and communication
