ENGINEER PJ - Sorocaba/SP and Region

Role Summary

Responsible for supervising, implementing and monitoring quality management systems at all stages of the work, as well as leading the inspection team. This professional ensures that services and materials are in full compliance with contractual requirements, technical standards and current regulations,

ensuring excellence in project execution. In addition, it leads the preparation and execution of the Quality Assurance Plan, promoting the fulfillment of quality and performance objectives;

Ensure the use of procedures and controls of CCR's quality management system. Carry out training, guidance and quality audits on field teams;

Ensure the quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment and products, as well as the adequate execution of services according to the project;

Issue quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, project modifications. Carry out inspections of receipt of inputs, suppliers, plants and laboratories;

Monitor, guide and analyze the results of Contractors' technological control tests, and carry out monitoring controls and their frequency, such as retigraphs, sketches, mappings, among other tools;

Support construction management in meeting the physical-financial schedule of works,

checking execution deadlines and costs routinely;

Support the management of works in the preparation and closing of measurements, inspecting, evaluating and confirming the services carried out in the field through calculation memories and photographic reports;

Ensure the receipt of works within current quality standards and regulations, carrying out routine inspections, thorough evaluation between projects,

standards, procedures and field execution. Assist companies in technical/executive matters;

Support the technical leadership of the construction inspection team, guiding, teaching, training and monitoring the development of the field team's inspection activities, regarding the established standards for carrying out services;

Support outsourced environmental and occupational safety monitoring teams and companies regarding compliance with laws, standards and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Civil Engineering;
• 6 months of experience in the position;
• Applicable technical standards and quality management systems;
• Reading and interpretation of projects and technical documents;
• Processes in testing laboratories and plants (paving, earthworks and concrete);
• Inspection processes for road works (earthworks, paving, OAEs);
• Intermediate Office package;

Have a driver's license.
