Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Property monitoring and quality control in the area of energy and building technology
  • Coordination and control of the executing companies on site
  • Technical acceptance and monitoring of the elimination of defects
  • Examination of invoices and participation in determining costs
  • Preparation and compilation of audit documents

Requirements

  • Completed studies and/or technician/master's degree in energy and building technology or supply technology
  • Experience in planning and executing TGA projects, ideally in property monitoring, at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Structured, on-time delivery and solution-oriented work
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a confident demeanor
  • Confident use of MS Office and basic knowledge of CAD and
  • AVA applications
  • very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level C1)
