Engineer - Linux - Île-de-France

Role Summary

Your daily missions

Within the architecture department and in close collaboration with all of the company's systems architects. You will ensure the definition and implementation of Linux server environments. You will establish the architecture of the solution, implement the different components and ensure its usability by other levels of support.

Requirements

• Graduate of a bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent training, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Curious, rigorous and proactive, you are recognized for your listening skills and your analytical and innovative skills. Your qualities such as diplomacy, team spirit or even a sense of customer service will also be essential assets to your success in the missions entrusted to you.

Your missions are as follows

You ensure the reliability and security of the entire system.

you ensure technological monitoring.

You participate in the quality and safety approach.

You contribute to the development of the distribution of dashboards.

You ensure the installation and upgrade of servers.

You install and upgrade the hardware and software elements of computer systems.

You control and ensure the consistency of the information system and compliance with the standards used.

You participate in cross-functional project work with multiple IT and business participants.

You carry out all or part of internal technical projects at the IT department.

You will be a driving force and force of proposal on developments in the IS.

The expertise expected to carry out this service is listed below:

Must have mastery of the Linux system: (Debian / Redhat).

Web and application servers: (Apache / Tomcat).

Infrastructure services: (SMTP / DNS / Proxy / Certificates / Vault / Consul / LDAP / LoadBalancer).

Industrialization tools / infra-as-code: (Packer / Terraform / Puppet / Bolt).

Supervision/Metrology: (Zabbix / Grafana / Graphite / Prometheus / Loki / Tempo).

Infrastructure architecture (Virtualization -> VMWare / Containers -> Docker / Kubernetes / SaaS / Cloud -> Azure).
