Role Summary

What are you going to do?

You will end up in a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues in Spijkenisse. Together you work on challenging projects in the underground infrastructure. Usually in the office, sometimes at the customer's location - variety guaranteed.

As Engineer Cables & Pipes

Do you work on one or more projects at the same time (multitasking without stress 😉);

Coordinate with the Project Leader or fellow (Lead) Engineer to ensure everything runs smoothly;

Are you an important link within the project team?

Your activities include

• Create designs in AutoCAD (you make lines come to life!);
• Develop drilling drawings and drilling plans including calculations;
• Preparing reports and route studies;
• Carrying out inspections (on location and digitally) and developing reports;

Make various calculations, including EMC.

To fulfill this role well, you need

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in civil engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Knowledge of cables, pipes and underground infrastructure
• Experience with programs such as AutoCAD, InfraCAD, Drillcontrol, GIS and Civil3D is a plus (but not a must)

In addition, you are

• Analytically strong and solution-oriented
• Someone who knows how to tackle things (not an endless meeting hero 😉)
• Able to set priorities
• Customer and results oriented
