Role Summary

• Carrying out inspection tours outside and inside with condition checks and locking services
• Documentation of object-relevant data and incidents
• Accepting and forwarding telephone calls
• Initiation of measures in the event of special incidents

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. or between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or between 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Legal age (at least 18 years)
• impeccable reputation (no criminal record)
• very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Driving license B
• well-groomed and self-confident appearance

• Remuneration is based on an hourly basis in accordance with KV Wachung, usage group B. The salary for 40 hours per week is Ø € 2,489 gross per month, including overpayment, excluding allowances.
