Our Payroll & HR Controlling department consists of a 23-person team. We prepare the payrolls of our approximately 7,000 employees for all German Eurofins companies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Independent and responsible execution of the monthly payroll for the areas to be supervised with the associated monthly or annual final work
• Contact person for managers and employees regarding payroll accounting
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices and authorities
• Creation of certificates, evaluations/reports and statistics
• Collaboration and implementation of special projects (e.g. further development of the billing tool)
• Billing support for company pension schemes
• Contact person for financial accounting and external auditors

Requirements

• Commercial training, training to become a tax clerk, a relevant degree (e.g. business administration) or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably with billing service providers
• Sound knowledge of tax and social security law
• Good knowledge of a common billing program (e.g. Paisy, Loga, Datev)
• Structured, independent and very careful way of working
• Strong service orientation and team and communication skills
