Role Summary
PURPOSE OR MISSION OF THE POSITION
Establish guidelines for the development, use and maintenance of OT network telemetry, as well as develop solutions for automation and communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop studies and configurations in the telemetry systems to be implemented within the Operations Department
- Develop controller programming solutions
- Generate and update the driver maintenance instructions
- Randomly audit the correct compliance with the controller maintenance instructions
- Review and approve the configuration of the controllers to be integrated into the Scada system
- Prepare the terms of reference for contracts, services and goods related to the acquisition and programming of controllers
- Manage contracts, services and goods acquired by the department
Supervise the work of contractors on telemetry and communication systems.
- Develop complementary software solutions to control and data acquisition systems
- Develop commissioning and/or supervision of Scada and automation systems
- Develop OT network communication solutions
- Manage data integration systems between control and SCADA systems and external programs
- Establish and update development and maintenance guidelines for telemetry systems.
- Participate in socializations, training, and digital transformations.
- Audit compliance with the development and maintenance guidelines for telemetry systems.
- Execute technological update processes on the telemetry assets of the Operations Department.
- Manage radio frequency use permits, repeater rental services, and industrial cellular communication services
- Manage the acquisition and use of telemetry equipment configuration and programming software and audit its backups
- Support the development of complementary software to SCADA systems
- Implement the OT cybersecurity policies of the Veolia group throughout Interagua's infrastructure
- Participate in meetings and audits of the Integrated Management System.
- Report information security incidents in an assertive and timely manner.
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Vocational training
University graduate in Electronics and Automation Engineering, Industrial Control, or related careers
- 1 -2 years in related functions
- Language (required level)
- Intermediate English
- (B1-B2)
- Licenses
- Driving Type B, prevention of electrical risks
