Role Summary

Coordinate and supervise testing and trial services based on compliance with applicable regulations.

Support the development of content for courses on topics related to your management field

Technical feasibility analysis of quotes.

  • Participate in the establishment of agreements, alliances and/or agreements when necessary
  • Stay updated and ensure adequate communication of regulatory documents and criteria at the national and international level
  • Participate in the processes required by clients, when appropriate
  • Support the monitoring of services, action plans and commitments to clients or improvement activities

supervise, qualify and propose the authorization of the activities of the personnel under their charge.

Support the laboratory leader in coordination with the involved areas of the organization, compliance with the requirements to achieve and maintain accreditations before accreditation entities.

Support the delivery of laboratory indicators (execution, in process, suspended, laboratory capacity)

Supervise the activities of information analysis, decision making and issuance of laboratory reports

Support the promotion of laboratory services by attending and providing service to current and potential clients, as well as participating in events.

Perform and support verifications of methods used by the laboratory

Carry out and support the maintenance plan, equipment verification, confirmations, assurance, sample control

Support the purchasing process and supplies and materials requested by the laboratory.

Ensure that operational processes are carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws, procedures and any other applicable document

Follow up on the laboratory to comply with the policies and procedures applicable to the service

Support internal quality audits and establish the relevant measures to agree on and monitor action plans together with the Quality area, to address improvement, preventive, corrective and correction actions.

Identify deviations from the management system, or from the procedures for carrying out laboratory activities.

Requirements

Engineering professional related to the position

  • Between 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience, in laboratories and equipment in the electrical sector, Certification in ISO/IEC 17025, Certification in RETIE and RETILAP.
  • Workplace: Bogotá D.C.
  • Position type: Full time, Permanent
  • Salary: To be agreed, Biweekly
  • Monday to Friday 07: 00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In person
