Electrical Functional Support Engineer with good English

Role Summary

We are looking to incorporate 2 Electrical Functional Support Engineer profiles with good English for a stable project in the aeronautical sector.

You must have experience in functional user support, technical writing skills, C1 English level and orientation to incident resolution. Experience in engineering environments, PLM and knowledge of the SEE Electrical suite (IGE+XAO) will be especially valued.

The position will be developed in Spain, with the possibility of international travel and a hybrid modality with teleworking.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly understand technical tools and their functional use
• Previous experience in user support (technical helpdesk or functional support)
• Excellent technical writing skills (procedures, guides, training material)
• Use of Office tools and email communication
• Sufficient level of English for written communication in an international environment
• Service orientation and user support
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
