We work in international teams and with people at all organizational levels

Analysis and optimization of engineering systems for electrical components, taking into account methods, tools and data structures to increase efficiency in development processes.

Design and further development of work processes in electrical engineering through the integration of innovative system solutions and digital tools.

Specification and harmonization of interfaces between engineering systems and related disciplines to ensure a consistent data flow as part of product lifecycle management.

Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. R&D, IT or manufacturing) to holistically analyze and improve processes, data models and system landscapes.

Supporting implementation projects to introduce new methods and tools in the electrical development environment, including training and support for stakeholders.

Ensuring smooth collaboration with our customers in projects as part of the digital transformation of product lifecycle management.

Designing internal innovation and product strategies for opening up new markets and customers as well as the corresponding implementation in business development

Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the company

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering in an industrial environment, ideally in the aviation industry or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the application of Siemens Capital and/or the 3DX platform from Dassault.
  • General project management knowledge (Waterfall, SCRUM and/or SAFe) acquired and flexibly applicable.
  • Commitment to continually develop within the framework of the corporate strategy
  • Confident and competent demeanor with very good communication, presentation and team skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
