Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, industrialization and optimization of electrical harnesses for aeronautical industrial applications (ATA 92)
• Define cabling architectures, connector types and mechanical and electrical interfaces.
• Write technical specifications for the manufacture of cables and harnesses.
• Monitor suppliers and validate prototypes.
• Ensure product compliance with electrical and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the project, production, quality and purchasing teams to guarantee the feasibility and robustness of the proposed solutions.
• Participate in the implementation of test benches and the functional validation of harnesses.

Requirements

Electrical Engineer or equivalent – good knowledge of wiring and harness preparation activities and in general of all electrical manufacturing and assembly activities. • Knowledge of cable and connector manufacturing processes (crimping, overmolding, continuity tests).

• Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Knowledge of aeronautical or industrial constraints (vibrations, temperatures, electromagnetic interference, etc.).
