Role Summary
OBJECTIVE
Provide support in the documentary, environmental and sustainability management of the EHS area, contributing to the control and updating of information, monitoring of environmental indicators, waste management, compliance with management system requirements and execution of awareness-raising, training and inspection activities, promoting compliance with the organization's environmental and safety standards.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Student in the last semesters of Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management or related careers.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Management of EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
Document management and record control.
Management of environmental indicators and preparation of reports.
Concepts of comprehensive waste management.
Efficient consumption of water and energy.
Interpretation and analysis of data.
Use of office tools, especially Excel (dynamic tables, graphs and databases).
Preparation of communication and awareness material.
Basic knowledge of environmental legislation and occupational health and safety.
WORK EXPERIENCE LINKED TO THE POSITION
No previous work experience is required. Participation in academic projects, practices, monitoring or activities related to environmental management, sustainability, management systems, indicator analysis or occupational health and safety is valued.
LANGUAGES
English B1 (desirable).
