We work directly with districts and state departments of education across the country, and we're growing fast.

We're hiring an Education Data Specialist I to own product Content for an expanded set of States and serve as a subject matter expert in education data and operations. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role — you'll be the primary point of contact for direct communication customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and validate product Content for your assigned States and accounts, working closely with Product Owners and the EDS Team Lead.

  • Experience in K-12 education with an understanding of school district operations, educational data and data systems, and State Department of Education regulations
  • Excellent cross-functional communication with an ability to work closely with teammates, developers, Product Owners, and customers.
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (specifically PowerSchool or Infinite Campus).
  • Comfortable being the go-to contact for multiple customer relationships where clear, accurate communication matters as much as the underlying data work.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SQL (multi-table joins, aggregate functions, subqueries).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or JSON
