At Elegance-Hair we are not looking for a classic developer, but rather a pragmatic builder who keeps systems stable, improves processes and actively promotes automation and AI solutions.

You are the central technical contact in the company and work directly with management.

You are responsible for the stable operation of our entire e-commerce and system landscape and actively develop it further.

Essentially you combine

Tech Operations & Systems Operations

E-commerce further development

AI & Automation

Process optimization across all departments

Control of external partners

Technical project work

You ensure that systems are running, processes are efficient and technology actively contributes to growth.

1. Shop & System Operations

Operation and further development of our OXID eShop and adjacent systems

Monitoring, error analysis and quick problem solving

Control and quality assurance of the shop agency (briefings, QA, acceptances)

Technical further development together with external partners

1. AI & Automation

Building workflows with n8n, AI tools and integrations

Automate processes across teams (marketing, service, warehouse)

Introduction of new tools and systems to increase efficiency

1. Internal support & projects

Technical contact for all teams

Support with technical questions and tool usage

Participation in strategic growth and scaling projects

Your everyday work routine

60-70% plannable topics (Ops, projects, automation)

30–40% spontaneous topics (problems, priorities, support)

You work operationally AND strategically - with real responsibility instead of just ticket processing.

Requirements

• Strong technical system understanding (e-commerce environment)
• Experience with web technologies and digital processes
• Hands-on experience with the mentioned tech stack
• Understanding of automation and process thinking
• Proactive team spirit
• Structured, analytical and pragmatic way of working
• Solution-oriented instead of problem-focused
• German C2 & English C1

You don’t have to be a traditional developer – what’s important is that you understand systems and implement solutions.
