Responsibilities

As a Dynatrace Technical Expert, you

• Set up, configure and optimize the Dynatrace platform
• Use and leverage Grail and Business Events modules
• Diagnose and resolve performance incidents
• Analyze data and produce technical recommendations
• Support business teams in the use of dashboards and alerts
• Participate in technical workshops and monitoring committees
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of observability practices

Technical skills

• Advanced expertise on Dynatrace (configuration, analysis, troubleshooting)
• Proven mastery of Dynatrace Grail
• Proven mastery of Dynatrace Business Events
• Understanding of distributed architectures, observability, application performance
• Ability to analyze complex incidents and propose optimizations
• Graduate with a Bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent, you already have significant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
• Your level of English is operational.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and pragmatic
• You also have a good sense of service and customer relations
