Dutch Appointment Planner | Fully Remote | Freelance

Role Summary

Do you work from abroad and do you speak Dutch fluently? Mankind Media is looking for an independent Appointment Planner who wants to work completely remotely as a freelancer for at least 32 hours a week. Are you strong in communication, results-oriented and do you live outside the Netherlands and Belgium? Then this assignment is for you!

Responsibilities

You approach potential business customers by telephone and e-mail. You conduct professional conversations in which you create interest and identify needs. You schedule quality appointments for our account managers. You carefully register contact moments in our systems. You participate daily in two joint online team training sessions focused on conversation technique and commercial development.

Requirements

• You live outside the Netherlands and Belgium and structurally work completely remotely.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
• You think and work at HBO level.
• You are available at least 32 hours a week from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Dutch time.
• You work independently as a self-employed contractor.
• Experience with telephone acquisition or appointment planning is an advantage.
• You have a quiet home workplace, reliable internet, a computer with webcam and a headset with microphone.
