Role Summary
Within the production team, under the responsibility of the DSP manager, you will join the team in charge of the production by purification of recombinant proteins on a large scale under GMP conditions.
Management of the DSP team
Organization and management of the team of DSP technicians (establishment of planning, prioritization of tasks, distribution of activities, Tier monitoring and participation in the passing of instructions).
Monitoring the development of employee skills: reception, training, support, evaluations, monitoring of authorizations.
Active presence essential in the field to provide local supervision and technical support to the team.
Document management and GMP compliance
- Guarantor of filling out GMP documents in his team
- Proofreading and validation of batch files
- Participation in internal audits and regulatory inspections as well as support for his team's investigations
Continuous improvement
Participation in optimizing the use of equipment and resources.
Proposal and implementation of actions to improve DSP processes, linked to security, quality and performance standards.
Guarantor of monitoring the team's performance indicators.
This work will be carried out in rotation (morning/afternoon) and will be under the responsibility of the DSP Manager. On this type of guard post (weekends/public holidays are to be expected).

Working environment: pharmaceutical production with single-use equipment.
Requirements
Management of purification operations
- Supervision and coordination of purification activities: installation, qualification of equipment, completion of purification stages. Must be able to be a backup to his team if necessary.
- Guarantor of the conformity of operations in relation to the production schedule and GMP requirements.
- Field coordination with support functions (quality, engineering, logistics).
Profiles
- Training: Bac +3 to Bac +5 in biotechnology or equivalent field (Professional license, Master, Engineer).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology production environment, with confirmed purification expertise. Previous experience in team management would be appreciated.
Technical skills
- Good mastery of purification techniques
- Knowledge of GMP environments and single-use equipment.
Behavioral skills
- Field leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, rigor and sense of organization.
- Ability to manage unforeseen events and make rapid decisions in a demanding environment in accordance with management.
- Sense of service, team spirit and pedagogy.
