Responsibilities

• What will your duties be?
• Analyze vehicle driving data and provide telephone advice to professional drivers to help them improve their driving habits and make more efficient use of their vehicle technology.
• Make follow-up calls to drivers, providing personalized recommendations and simply explaining aspects related to the vehicle's systems and technologies.
• Carry out in-person inspections and audits in vehicle repair shops within the SERMI scheme.
• Review the facilities, processes and documentation of the workshops, verifying compliance with the established requirements.
• Prepare the corresponding inspection reports.
• Maintain close and professional communication with both drivers and workshop managers.
• Make specific trips and trips to carry out in-person inspections.

Requirements

• Higher Professional Training in Automotive.
• Valuable experience in the Automotive area
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office
• Driving license.
