District Manager Trainee

THE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM?

The training program lasts 1 year and consists of 5 mid-week physical training. After each module you will be in the store for 2 months during which you will apply everything you learned during the week. The training takes place over 5 individual weeks at a nice location and is followed by all trainees. You will spend the night here with your colleagues as part of the team building.

While working in the store

• Manage and coach the team with the Store Manager
• Follow the store's KPIs and draw up an action plan for improvements
• Ensure correct implementation of new procedures and concepts in the store
• Radiate your positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• Make sure that the store always looks tip top
• Ensure good inventory management
• You see the development needs of your colleagues and, together with the Store Manager, you provide them with the right training

The ultimate goal of the training is that after the traineeship you are prepared for future challenges as a District Manager.

Recruitment procedure for JYSK Belgium

We process applications on an ongoing basis. Are you eligible for the position? You will then receive two tests (logic and personality test). Do we see a potential match? You will then be invited for a job interview where we will assess your motivation.
