District/alarm driver (m/f/d) full-time/part-time

Role Summary

Your main tasks

Regular mobile patrols with condition checks and locking services

Operation and monitoring of in-house security systems (BMA, EMA, video surveillance technology)

Taking over alarm tracking (intervention) and responsible for initiating situation-appropriate measures in the event of special incidents (burglary, damage, vandalism)

First aid operations, initiation of fire protection measures and elevator rescue

Requirements

• Driving license class B (car) mandatory
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends/holidays (mainly night work)
• Good knowledge of German
• Safe and service-oriented demeanor
