Diseñador Gráfico con Motion Graphics | Remote | LATAM Only | 80010 at Remote Talent LATAM in Bolivia.

Responsibilities

• Adapt visual campaigns to different digital, print and retail formats.
• Design pieces for social networks, digital screens, point of sale materials and other communication channels.
• Create and edit simple animations and motion content using After Effects.
• Prepare final files for printing and production when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other members of the creative team during the execution of campaigns.
• Maintain an organized structure of files and resources following internal processes.
• Use artificial intelligence tools as support within the creative workflow.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia or creative production.
• Previous experience working in creative agencies, advertising or similar fast-paced environments.
• Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience developing pieces for digital media and printed materials.
• Knowledge of preparing final artwork for printing.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools as part of the creative workflow.
• Ability to interpret briefs and work from established visual guidelines.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Collaborative mentality and willingness to receive feedback.

About the Position

We are looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics to support the production and adaptation of visual campaigns for different channels and formats.

You will mainly work developing adaptations for social networks, retail materials, digital screens, MUPIs, printed pieces and motion graphics, always maintaining the visual coherence of each campaign. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and other designers to execute projects in an efficient, organized and on-time manner.

This position is ideal for someone with creative agency experience who enjoys working in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and combining creativity with technical precision.
