faeththerapeutics.com

Faeth Therapeutics develops cancer therapies based on multi-node inhibition of the PAM (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway, the most frequently altered oncogenic pathway in cancer. Its lead candidate, PIKTOR, is an all-oral combination designed to achieve deeper pathway suppression with greater tolerability by targeting multiple nodes of the pathway simultaneously. Faeth was co-founded in 2019 by Anand Parikh and Oliver Maddocks, PhD, alongside a group of cancer biologists.
