Role Summary

Define, design and operate the CI/CD platform integrating Gitlab Ultimate in SaaS, as well as a whole suite of tools such as Gitlab-ci, Jenkins, AWX, ArgoCD, KeyCloak, HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube CE & EE, shared Con fl uence base, JIRA all deployed under GCP on a GKE cluster and supervised via our internal observability platform (Dynatrace / ELK / PagerDuty)

• Ensure 24/7 technical support (on-call), the scalability of the platform and maintain clear and detailed documentation.
• Work closely with product teams to optimize their user experience, promote and ensure adoption at scale of DevOps best practices.
• Encourage the autonomy and responsibility of product teams by offering the services of our self-service platform via our internal portal based on Backstage.io.
• Actively participate in defining the strategy and vision for the continuous improvement of software engineering processes and methodologies
• Participate in the client's technical governance and stay at the forefront of Platform Engineering practices.

Requirements

Graduate of a Bac+5 from an engineering school or university equivalent with a specialization in computer science, or with significant equivalent experience

Experience: more than 7 years in the same position

• Significant experience as a DevOps engineer, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and administering Gitlab.
• Good understanding of the development tools ecosystem, expertise in git, building CI/CD pipelines (ansible, terraform, argocd, helm, etc.), Kubernetes and GCP.
• Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and automation skills.
