Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Operation and further development of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implementing GitOps practices with ArgoCD.
  • Deployment management with Helm.
  • Monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Automating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Groovy.
  • Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Containerization and orchestration of applications with Docker.
  • Configuration management with Ansible or Puppet.
  • Collaboration with different cloud providers and cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OpenShift etc.).

Requirements

  • You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, proactively supporting colleagues and contributing ideas constructively.
  • You recognize tasks and challenges independently and implement solutions on your own responsibility.
  • Clear and understandable communication – both verbal and written – with colleagues, stakeholders and customers in German (C1/C2 level) and English.
  • You have a feel for our customers' needs and find pragmatic, solution-oriented ways to implement their requirements.
  • You deal openly with new technologies, processes and changing requirements and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
