Your Daily

As a Senior Software Developer FS (AI orientation) you will work on:

Development of the AI platform – You will contribute to the creation and improvement of the functionalities of the internal multi-functional AI assistant.

GoTo templates, including agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations

You will design and develop our internal MCP marketplace, which provides authenticated access to MCP tools for

Claude, Copilot and other enterprise-wide AI customers.

AI tools and enablement – You will develop internal AI tools and drive AI adoption within the engineering department through demonstrations and technical authorization

Cross-Functional Collaboration – You will collaborate with the AI Enablement team to deploy end-to-end AI-powered capabilities and support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools

Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-First) you would be working on:

• AI Platform Development --- You will build and improve features for GoTo ’s internal multi- model AI assistant, including agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations
• You will design and build our internal MCP Marketplace that provides authenticated MCP tool access for
• Claude, Copilot, and other various AI clients company-wide.
• AI Tooling & Enablement --- You will build internal AI tools and drive AI adoption across engineering through demos and technical enablement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - -- You will partner with the AI Enablement team to ship AI-powered features end-to-end and support company-wide AI tool adoption

Requirements

• As a Senior Software Developer FS (AI orientation), your experience will look like:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for developing production web applications
• Experience in the design or integration of products powered by large language models (conversational interfaces, agents, server integrations/MCP tools)
• Knowledge of integration/OAuth platforms and application programming interface (API) design; experience with Go is an asset
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate engineering work, including agentic features
• Strong collaborator who excels in multidisciplinary teams – you know how to build relationships with product, design, operations and business stakeholders, not just engineers
• Demonstrated ability to promote and defend new technologies across the organization – comfortable leading demonstrations, writing internal guides and mobilizing both engineers and other staff around new ways of working.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so that the incumbent can communicate as necessary with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec. Training in French is offered to any holder of a permanent position in Quebec who does not have a good knowledge of French.

Fluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) who are mainly located outside Quebec. For positions in research and development, it is also necessary to understand the technical and scientific documentation of our industry, available mainly in English.

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-First), your background will look like:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for building production web applications
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered products (chat interfaces, agents, MCP servers/tool integrations)
• Familiarity with OAuth/integration platforms and API design; Go experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate engineering work including agentic features
• Strong collaborator who thrives working across teams — you know how to build relationships with product, design, ops, and business stakeholders, not just engineers
• Proven ability to champion and evangelize new technologies across an organization — comfortable running demos, writing internal guides, and rallying engineers and non-engineers alike around new ways of working
