Requirements

Education in the field of TZB

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP and other relevant BIM software.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, heating and cooling technologies and building integration
• knowledge of building codes, standards and regulations on energy efficiency
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with the MS Office package for creating documentation and reporting
• Valid driver's license
• Professional certification in the field of HVAC (e.g. PE, LEED AP) is an advantage

Description of the job offer

We are looking for a talented and experienced HVAC designer to join our innovative team in Prague, Brno and České Budějovice | BIM modeler. As a key member of our HVAC, Heating & Cooling and Building Technology Integration (BTI) department, you will play a key role in designing comfortable and efficient building systems.

Develop comprehensive HVAC system designs for new construction and renovations.

• Create detailed 3D BIM models using advanced software tools
• collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate HVAC systems with other building elements
• Perform load calculations and equipment sizing for optimal system performance

Ensure compliance with local building codes, energy efficiency standards and industry regulations.

Participate in project meetings and coordinate activities with customers, architects and suppliers.

• prepare technical specifications, drawings and other project documentation
• conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and verify installation progress
• solve project problems and propose innovative solutions
• keep abreast of the latest HVAC technology and industry trends
