Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AT YOUR NEW JOB

• Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the routines in the store, preparing it for customers and achieving excellent sales results
• Your main tasks will be to ensure the implementation of the weekly campaigns and to ensure that the work environment is positive and energetic for the store team
• In accordance with the Leadership values of JYSK, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading and developing the store team
• You will teach your colleagues how to "put customers first", how to identify their needs and how to sell
• You will be an example in the store, being with your colleagues in daily activities: receiving products, stocking the shelves, selling products, cleaning the store and warehouse, advising customers, etc.
• In the future, you may want to become a Store Manager who will coordinate your own store
