Responsibilities

• As Deputy Store Manager, you will be the main support for the Store Manager, but, above all: you will drive results by guiding the team towards success and excellence, making both customers and colleagues have an incredible experience.
• Your goal: grow the business while growing people 🙌

• 👥Lead, motivate and develop the team
• 😊 Ensure customer experience from start to finish
• 📊 Analyze results (sales, conversion...) and convert them into actions
• 🛍️ Drive commercial strategy
• ⚙️ Ensure that everything works like clockwork (operations, processes, attention...)
• 💡 Detect opportunities for improvement and implement solutions

Selection process in Spain

We process applications on an ongoing basis and complete hiring when we find the right candidate.

• We will review your application within 1 week (working days)
• If you are successful, we will send you a link to answer some questions on video
• If you advance to the next phase, we will send you an invitation to take two online tests
• Next, we will do a brief telephone interview with you

If you pass all the previous phases, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview and, after passing it, all that remains is a reference check from previous experiences.
