Responsibilities

• Set-up appropriate die in the depositor & operate in safe and efficient manner.
• Makes adjustments to depositor machine.
• Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper.
• Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough.
• Reads shop report , follows procedures, and documents information for production records.
• Tends depositor machine at all times .
• Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Follows J&J Snack Food’s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs ) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Follows all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 . Education and training: Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• 2 . Job -related experience: Prefer minimum 6 month’s experience working in food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge and skills :
• Must be able to speak, read & write basic English.
• Must be able to do basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
