Role Summary

The DATA specialty consultancy, a transversal entity of the France division, is at the heart of the support and Data / AI transformation of our clients.

Convinced that Data is the driving force behind a scalable and sustainable industrial base, built to meet business challenges, we work across the entire chain to bring value to our clients at all levels (business, IT, CxO, etc.) in conjunction with our consulting and delivery teams.

This center brings together technological and methodological expertise across the entire Data value chain: from transformation strategy, to the implementation of daily use of AI, including governance and Data Cloud and on-premise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Development of optimized architectures integrating the IDMC Data platform
• Design and implementation of data ingestions on IDMC
• Implementation of transformations and data enhancement on IDMC
• Participation in customer design and consulting workshops

Requirements

Framing/AVV

• Understanding an RFP
• Development of a technical response (functional, technical and software architecture)
• Supporting a technical/functional audience
• Analytical ability to identify customer needs in order to:
• Propose adapted technical solutions
• Avoid redundancy if tools already exist
• Challenge the client’s ideas to lead them towards “Data Management” best practices
• Following your position, you will be required to supervise the development team and participate in the delivery of the solution.
• With a Bac+5 education (engineer from major schools or universities), you have at least five years of experience in a Lead tech Data position with solid skills in Informatica.
• You have an appetite for data management in the broad sense and an ability to adapt allowing you to move from one project to another. In a context of continuous improvement, improvement requires training/certification; you will be challenged in your journey by passing certification.
• The transfer of skills/knowledge to teams is a key element for which you will need to be a driving force.
• Advanced technical knowledge on the Cloud Data Integration of Informatica part of the IDMC platform
• Additional knowledge of the rest of the IDMC platform is a real plus: API management, MDM, Data Quality, etc.
• Knowledge of the on-prem Informatica part via Power Center
• The “Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Modernization” certification is a real plus
• Knowledge of global technical building blocks of IS is a real plus: Datalake, data warehouse, MDM, other intermediation tools (ETL, ESB, API management, etc.)
• Knowledge of methodology and tools around Devops in a Data context
• Do you have particular sensitivity to broader Data subjects (data quality, repositories, governance, business processes)? This will be a real asset for you to adapt to the different projects you will be in charge of.
• Comfortable with public speaking, this will allow you to present and lead workshops and meetings around architectural solutions.
• Finally, you have B2 level English necessary to address our customers abroad.

As a Data Informatica Tech Lead, you will join our Data tribe, in order to work with various clients in various sectors of activity (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Telecom, Media, Games, Industry and Services) throughout France. We support delivery teams during the prospecting, pre-sales and project implementation phases.

We work in partnership with the market's leading publishers, as well as hyperscalers.
