Responsibilities

• Be part of the data team to design data solutions in the area of insurers and reinsurers
• Design data models and data transformations along the redesign and migration of specialist solutions for insurers
• Develop data solutions such as E.g. data hubs and data lakes, reporting platforms, DWH
• Analyze technical requirements and derive approaches and concepts for data solutions
• Take on technical and project responsibility for our customers
• Be the contact person for our customers
• Lead our teams and our customers’ teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in modeling and developing data solutions
• Know-how in one of the areas of data engineering and data analytics
• Know-how and experience with one or more standard tools in the area of data
• Basic insurance knowledge in the area of inventory and claims in one or more lines
• Knowledge of typical insurance data models and data processes at insurers
• Data modeling and development of solutions according to DevOps and Agile
• Experience in requirements analysis in specialist areas and in business
• Project and sub-project management experience as well as communication skills with stakeholders
• Study of computer science or comparable
• Working independently as a consultant
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
