Role Summary

Are you an experienced Design Manager with a passion for critical environments and data centre design?

Across the data center industry – from deployment, through operations and maintenance, to decommissioning – Salute is the industry leader of delivering global data center services executed with precision.

We’re looking for a driven and technically strong individual to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consultancy services and shaping the future of our growing team.

As a Design Manager, you’ll take a leading role in delivering consultancy services across a range of critical environment projects, including enterprise data centres and professional data centre operators.

You’ll be instrumental in driving design excellence across feasibility, master planning, engineering, and commissioning, while contributing to the continued growth and success of our consultancy offering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical leadership, client engagement, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The role is a full-time position and can be either fully remote or hybrid-based (ideally from our Gatwick office) and your base salary will be commensurate with experience but is expected to be highly competitive. The opportunity is located in Gatwick, and will include business travel as needed to meet business demands but will likely be nominal.

At Salute , we don’t have employees. We have team members. It’s our culture, and it’s a significant driver of the success we're able to deliver for our clients. This team-oriented culture is defined by transparent communication, collaborative development and deployment of procedures and best practices, a customer service mindset both internally and externally, and a strong commitment to safety and responsibility.

In addition to the opportunity to work in a great team and earn a competitive salary - you'll gain access to cutting-edge industry training that aims to enhance your skills and support your future development.
