Role Summary

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the institutional strategy of data, monitoring, evaluation, learning and Artificial Intelligence, strengthening the analytical capabilities of Fundación Capital and promoting an organizational culture based on evidence for decision making.
• Design and implement measurement frameworks, indicators, methodologies and monitoring systems that allow evaluating results, impact and learning of strategic projects.
• Design and develop, together with the team, the institutional data and evidence system of Fundación Capital, integrating information from projects, digital solutions and other relevant sources.
• Define the functional architecture of the institutional data ecosystem, ensuring its evolution, sustainability and alignment with the needs of the organization.
• Develop and supervise the construction of dashboards, analytical models, executive reports and information products for Executive Management, technical teams and allies.
• Perform data analysis and identify trends, findings and opportunities that support decision making, institutional learning and continuous improvement of digital programs and solutions.
• Identify, design and implement use cases of Artificial Intelligence that strengthen monitoring, evaluation, knowledge generation and the efficiency of institutional processes.
• Define and implement data governance, quality and management standards, promoting good practices to guarantee reliable and consistent information.
• Technically coordinate the work of Data & AIAnalysty and provide support to the program and digital solutions teams in the management and strategic use of data.
• Prepare technical and executive reports for donors, allies and the Executive Management, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the information.
• Prepare executive reports for senior management of strategic programs.
• Present strategic findings to internal teams and allies.
• Promote a data-driven institutional culture.
• Stay up to date on trends in DataAnalytics, AI and emerging technologies.
• Represent Fundación Capital in technical spaces when required.
