Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by assisting customers with questions and concerns.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Update company websites and internal work platforms with accurate information.
• Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure documents are accurate and easily accessible.
• Support daily office operations through data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and online platforms quickly.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
