Customer Service Consultant (German C1)

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant (German C1) for their client. We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist airline passengers worldwide with flight-related queries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and navigate airline policies, and excellent computer proficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced German proficiency at C1 level (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Valid Namibian citizenship, permanent residence, or domicile status
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements

• Option 1: Grade 12 qualification with 6–12 months of relevant experience
• Completed NQF Level 4 / Grade 12
• 6–12 months of customer service and/or call centre experience
• Option 2: NQF Level 3 qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Completed NQF Level 3
• 2–3 years of customer service and/or call centre experience

ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field is advantageous

Gross monthly salary

Shift allowance eligible hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00

Medical aid membership is a condition of employment and forms part of the employee’s total cost to company (CTC). The employee is responsible for 100% of the contribution. Employees may apply for NHP medical aid at favourable group rates
