Role Summary

Its main functions

PQR monitoring: perform statistical and operational monitoring

Regulatory compliance: verify that the attention and response to PQRs comply with the established terms and guidelines.

Information analysis: consolidate and analyze data and indicators to support decision making

Report preparation: prepare internal reports and for control entities, guaranteeing quality and compliance with dates.

Coordination of activities: support management in the planning, coordination and monitoring of area activities.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience related to the position.
• Knowledge: Advanced use of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Workplace: Palmira, Valle del Cauca.

Salary: $2,276,259
