Role Summary

Your contribution to something bigger

• Incorporation of 4 new modules into the Supplier Database:

Phase: Reverse engineer existing modules.

Phase: incorporation of them into the main system.

• Throughout the project, implement robust safeguards to protect the company and stakeholders (security, privacy, validation and mitigation of hallucinations);
• Analysis of typical emails and definition of flows (reception → extraction → validation → DB);
• Implementation of the ingestion and pre-processing connector/pipeline (cleaning, intent detection, classification);
• Structured data extraction and mapping to the DB (with validation by rules/schemes);
• Development of the “agentic” module for follow-ups (thread management, status, templated responses);
• Implementation of safeguards: filters, validations, action limits, data/PII protection and auditing;
• Testing and evaluation (extraction quality, error/hallucination rate, performance and costs);
• Technical documentation and delivery for integration/operationalization.

What sets you apart

• Teamwork and clear communication with stakeholders;
• Good level of English (technical reading/writing and emails);
• Understanding of LLMs/GenAI (prompting, function calling/structured JSON, evaluation);
• Backend development and integration via APIs (e.g.: Python/Node), and databases (SQL/NoSQL);
• Understanding security and privacy (PII, access control, logging);
• Tools: Git and, if necessary, Microsoft Office.
