No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents, court filings, and case materials to provide subject matter input for AI system development.
• Draft, edit, or annotate sample legal scenarios, arguments, and opinions pertinent to criminal law.
• Evaluate AI-generated text for legal accuracy, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Identify and flag nuanced legal concepts and emerging issues in criminal law to enhance AI learning.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical contributors to clarify requirements and deliverables.
• Offer concise, actionable feedback on AI outputs using clear, accurate written and verbal communication.
• Stay current with relevant statutes, case law, and procedural updates to maintain content relevance and quality.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law, with demonstrated expertise in criminal law and procedure.
• Extensive experience representing clients in criminal matters, either in prosecution or defense.
• Proven ability to distill complex legal concepts into accessible, precise language.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Familiarity with reviewing, analyzing, or summarizing legal documents and case files.
• Adaptability to remote engagement and collaboration within digital platforms.
• Interest in legal technology or experience in interdisciplinary projects is a plus.
